There is a lot of fuss regarding people towards the changing shift from students to professional life. The feeling may be same among all of them. My feeling is quite same to all my fellow friends. The job world comes with its own set of rules, ethics, standards and most importantly the responsibility. The amount of responsibility will also have an impact on working pattern. The whole responsible comes with the behest of your team leader/manager/senior ( They have different terminology according to their field of working).   The other phenomena is to maintain between personal and professional life. All of us accept the fact that we cannot involve socially as we are doing in our college days. Some attribute it to their work pressure, new responsibility . But in my opinion it is a thing of individuality. We can keep the same trend by going through effective communication. Managing this part will truly evolve a new persona among ourselves.    The shift of non-routine to routine life is
