Every year there is a celebration
We call it as a time for commemoration
The world organise different types of functions
Every Female being is invited for felicitation
It is a now a common thing for corporate culture
Same people change their behaviour from nasty creatures
Just by making it in a one day will not bring good results
We can make most of it by rectifying our common faults
Our society has to think very deep in this context
Long term measure will change the mindset
Short term celebrations will be futile
To get concrete results we have to reconcile
Changing attitude in day today life will improve the situation
We can gradually see the change in our population
People will more keen towards to gender equality
In some how we can close the gap between fraternity and sorority
Hope this attitude will prevail in the future
Our society will definitely prosper.

The Decision Time

Decisions are defined as the choice you made after thinking about some possibilities. But in real life scenario this does not work. From my experience , I can say that the final year is the most  difficult part to take decisions. In the starting of Btech, I do not have a small fraction of worries. Down the lane 3 years, some thinking and bold steps need to be done.  Initially I planned out for MBA . I tried to slog for 3 months but it was not enough to bell the CAT( Common Admission Test).  I also landed with a job from Shapoorji Pallonji  Construction Limited between these months.  So coming to the decision part , you have to maintain your focus on your goals. Then  the 7 th semester came to an  end. People were quite sure about the world will end in this winter. But Mayans went wrong!..In the month of January , I had two exams called XAT( Xaviers admission test) and the Gate( graduate aptitude in technical engineering).
